Return & Shipping Policy

Return Request

Customers may request a return within 15 days after receiving the item for eligible non-quality-related reasons.

If the return is due to personal reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. In such cases, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Return Requirements

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with original packaging whenever possible.

Items showing obvious wear, stains, perfume, damage caused by the customer, or missing important packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by applicable law.

Refund Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, refunds will generally be processed within 3–5 business days.

The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your original payment provider or bank, and may vary by institution.

If You Did Not Receive Your Package

If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24–48 hours after the delivery update.

After verification, we will assist with an investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a reshipment or refund.
